Please remember to use the same name of the person who booked the hotel. This way we can instantly verify your right to use our special rates.
Last minute reservations (within 12 hours of the service) may only be reserved by email writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our operators will verify the availability of the vehicle and will answer within 2 hours. In this case, the cost indicated in the price list will have a surcharge of 10%. The entire total of the journey must be paid to the driver, who will issue you a tax receipt.
For bookings with more than ten people, for special requests or if you need to plan more transfers during the season, please send an email by writing to email@example.com. We will answer within 12 hours. You will receive a personalized estimate and in the case of multiple bookings, even an extra discount for a “transfer packet”.
IMPORTANT: Standard cars can seat 4 - 6 - 8 people. The number of bags must be equal to the maximum number of passengers that the car can accommodate. The size of a 10 kg hand luggage maximum. When booking, you must specify if you have other luggage, so we may send the appropriate vehicle (at no additional cost). By doing this it permits avoiding uncomfortable traveling. The vehicle will be sent on the basis of the number of passengers. The carrier partner will not be held responsible for any discomfort, in the absence of specifications that are not on the reservation receipt.
